Both Kyle and Natalie have shown themselves to be fit for ministry and having a passion to serve Christ and His church. Kyle was raised in a pastor’s home, and both he and Natalie have vocational ministry training. They have both served in cross-cultural ministries in Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. Both have served in camp ministry, discipleship training, and currently are loving their ministry to the youth at their church. Kyle has been on pastoral staff at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church since early 2021, and Natalie has had countless gospel opportunities through her working years as a nurse.

Kyle and Natalie have both been such a vital contribution to our church since the Lord brought them to Chisago Lakes Baptist Church. When Kyle and Natalie arrived here, the effect of their presence was immediately felt and has only grown in breadth and depth since that time. With God’s help, Kyle and Natalie have fully launched themselves into life-touching-life ministry with a clear zeal for Jesus and a deliberate compassion for souls. Their purposeful focus on discipleship and equipping the saints have made what will surely be an enduring impact for Christ.
While selfishly, we wish we could keep them here in Minnesota indefinitely, our church cannot help but be excited to send them, support them, and watch the Lord work through them in Japan. We have had the privilege and honor of knowing and working with Kyle and Natalie while at Chisago Lakes Baptist Church. It has been such an encouragement and joy to see a young couple have such a passion as well as a deep knowledge of the truth in their purposeful relationships.
While working with them as youth sponsors, we have benefited greatly in so many ways from their giftings in teaching, organization, and building intentional connections with people. Also, as parents of youth we have experienced their desire to teach deep spiritual truths to the youth to help them grow deeper in their knowledge of biblical wisdom and principles. Kyle’s last two different teaching series on the minor prophets and the church were excellent lessons that engaged and challenged the students in higher level biblical thinking and practical application. We also have seen their skills in action as they planned and lead the youth on a life changing youth mission trip in Utah for 12 days. They have truly impacted and placed a lasting imprint in the spiritual growth of our youth, parents, and sponsors.
What a true joy to have been part of their ministry and see how the Lord gifts His people and places desires in their hearts for His truth to go forward. We are so very grateful for their leadership and friendship in our lives.
